Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior Data Scientist to solve complex business problems using data and AI. In this key role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced predictive models, recommendation systems, computer vision solutions, and cutting-edge generative AI applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and oversee extraction, cleaning, and processing of complex data from various sources (relational/non-relational databases, data lakes, APIs, streaming), ensuring data quality and integrity
Lead exploratory analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and strategic business opportunities
Develop, optimize, and validate advanced machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering
Research, propose, and lead experimentation with Generative AI models (LLMs, embeddings, synthetic data generation), applying them to automation, classification, chatbots, and more
Architect and implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, smart assistants, and automated workflows using LLMs
Effectively communicate complex insights and data-driven recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders through impactful visualizations and reports
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to translate business challenges into high-impact data science solutions
Promote best practices in data governance, model versioning, reproducibility, and rigorous documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Required Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar quantitative fields.
Full lifecycle experience in data science projects from exploration to deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Solid experience designing and implementing advanced ML and Deep Learning models-
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, embeddings, and deployment of RAG or smart assistants
Preferred: experience mentoring junior data science team members
Technical Requirements:
Advanced Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Strong foundations in inferential/descriptive statistics, probability, and advanced ML theory
Advanced SQL for complex data manipulation (relational and non-relational DBs) - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI)
Version control using Git
Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML/AI services (eg, Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Familiarity with deploying/optimizing models in production (MLOps concepts)
Advanced NLP model design and fine-tuning (LLMs, embeddings, conversational systems)
Advanced technical English (reading research papers, collaboration with international teams)
Preferred but Not Required:
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers
Deep understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, pipeline orchestration)
Experience using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and scalable ML deployment
